Is the creator payment really one time?+
Yes. There is no recurring VidCarry platform fee within your purchased storage and hosted-project limits. Third-party tools and external services may have their own costs.
What counts toward 2GB and 25 projects?+
Files hosted in your VidCarry secure cloud count toward storage and hosted-project limits. YouTube, Vimeo, and eligible external embeds are unlimited and do not consume hosted storage.
Can any creator publish immediately?+
No. Profiles and new media are reviewed for quality, ownership, safety, and platform fit. Existing approved work stays live while new media is reviewed.
Will VidCarry find clients or hire me?+
The directory, features, and talent review can improve discovery, but client inquiries, projects, collaboration, and VidCarry employment are never guaranteed.
Can I get a refund?+
You may request a refund within seven days only if the portfolio has not been published and no premium VidCarry resource has been downloaded.
Who owns my work?+
You keep ownership of your original work. You grant VidCarry only the permission needed to host, review, display, and promote approved portfolio content.
